If there is a problem connecting, it can take up to one minute before an error message window pops up letting you know there is a problem.  Otherwise, a message telling you the connection was successful will appear after a brief delay.

FTP Connection problems can be caused by a wide variety of reasons, including, but not limited to:

- Firewall settings

- Bad internet connection

- Missing Operating System (OS) components and libraries

- Missing ThemeMatic support files (caused by accidentally deleting files off of your system)

- Viruses, Malware, Spyware and other malicious software operating in the background unbeknownst to you

- FTP Upload server configuration

- FTP Upload account settings, password settings, directory settings.

To troubleshoot this issue further, try using another FTP application to test the ability of your computer to connect via FTP. 

ThemeMatic is unable to provide support for problems with FTP connections caused by any of the above problems or other unknown problems.
