Step 13 - Perform Site Check
Previous Topic  Next Topic

1) Go to Theme View (if not already there) by clicking on the Theme in the upper-left of the screen when in either Silo View or Article View.

2) Click the 'Site Check' button:

3)  Click the 'Yes' button when the Site Check dialog box pops up:

4) If data is missing from the Content field, Meta Tag fields, or URL field for any Article, Silo, or even Theme level, it will show up on the Site Check Report:

5)  You can print the report by clicking the 'Print' button.  Go back to Theme View by clicking the 'Back' button.

6) You will need to correct all of the missing data problems identified in the Site Check Report in order to bulk upload your site using the 'Bulk Export & Upload' button.  If you choose not to correct any of the missing data warnings on the Site Check Report, you can export and upload pages of your site one at a time, but the 'Bulk Export & Upload' button will not allow you to bulk upload your site.

*Note:  The Site Check Report can only detect missing information - it cannot determine if the information you entered is correct.  Be sure you have chosen the correct META keywords for the different pages of your site and inspect the page URL's to be sure they are fully-qualified URL's (e.g. 'http://www.mydomain.com/silo1/article1.html' and NOT '/silo1/article1.html').  The Site Check Report will only know if the URL is missing, but cannot determine if it is correct.
