I Can't Activate My License Key

Please first complete the steps in 'Unlocking the Full Version of ThemeMatic'


The most common cause for problems with License Key Activation are miss-typing the Computer Code into the http://www.themematic.com/getlicense.html page.


It may be necessary to reset your License Key if you installed ThemeMatic on another computer or changed your hardware configuration.


Your ThemeMatic License Key will only work on one computer, so if you try to use the same License Key on a different computer you will not be able to activate your license.


If you see the message 'Here is your EXISTING License Key' when trying to retrieve your License Key at http://www.themematic.com/getlicense.html, this means you have already used your License Key on another installation of ThemeMatic, either on the same computer or a different computer.


If you need your License Key reset, please submit a support ticket at:


http://www.themematic.com/support


*Note:  Your License Key can only be used on one computer (please see the Software License Agreement for complete details).  If you are requesting a reset of your License Key, you may be asked to submit more information on your support ticket for a License Key reset to be performed.  If ThemeMatic determines your License Key is being used on more than one computer, your support will be terminated.
